Quality is agreed before production begins
Darian supplies bespoke manufactured components to customer drawings and specifications. Quality is built into the supply programme from the start, with inspection requirements, documentation, approval stages and delivery expectations agreed before production begins.
We understand that cost savings are quickly lost if components do not meet specification, arrive without the correct documentation or create uncertainty during production. That is why Darian manages quality as part of the complete component supply process, from quotation and technical review through to manufacture, inspection and delivery.
Controlled component supply
Darian works through an established manufacturing network, with suppliers selected according to the process, material, quality and documentation requirements of each project.
As a minimum, suppliers are accredited to ISO 9001:2015, with many also holding additional approvals such as IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001 where applicable.
Suppliers are reviewed and audited by Darian in line with their quality assurance certification and the requirements of the component programme. In many cases, our manufacturing partners have also been audited by world-renowned customers operating in demanding industrial sectors.
Inspection, testing and documentation
Quality requirements are defined at quotation and order review stage, helping prevent uncertainty later in the programme.

Since 1986, Darian has supplied customer-specific engineered components to manufacturers across the UK and Europe.
We manage technically demanding component programmes across casting, forging, machining, pressing, stamping, fabrication and assembly. Customers deal directly with Darian for quotation, technical coordination, production management, quality, documentation, scheduling and delivery.
Our established international manufacturing capability allows us to select the appropriate production route for each requirement while maintaining clear accountability through one experienced UK-based supply partner.
