We specialise in the supply of castings, forgings, CNC-machined components, pressings, stampings, fabrications and sub-assemblies, all manufactured to customer drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
Customers work directly with Darian for quotation, technical coordination, production management, quality, documentation, scheduling and delivery. This gives manufacturers one accountable supply partner for technically demanding components, from initial review through to repeat production.

We determine the appropriate production route, coordinate approved manufacturing partners and manage the programme through sampling, approval, production, inspection and delivery.

Darian is represented in key manufacturing regions across Europe, India and the Far East, with locally based support working alongside our UK head office.
Our international capability allows us to select the appropriate manufacturing route for each requirement, whether the priority is process capability, material suitability, production volume, quality documentation, cost control or delivery planning.
Although components may be produced through Darian’s established manufacturing network, your supply agreement, quality expectations and delivery commitment remain with Darian.

Darian places great importance on regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
From the initial enquiry, we review your drawings, specifications, quantities, materials, finishes, documentation requirements and target delivery schedule. We then provide clear technical and commercial feedback before production begins.
Customers are kept informed at agreed stages, including quotation, sample approval, production, inspection, dispatch and delivery. Our aim is to provide straightforward answers, practical updates and dependable schedules that customers can plan around.
Quality, documentation and delivery control
Darian manages each component programme from initial sample approval through to volume production.
We work directly with manufacturing partners and maintain quality assurance and commercial agreements with them. This allows us to manage production requirements, inspection stages, documentation and delivery schedules on behalf of the customer while remaining the single accountable point of contact.
Depending on the component and application, we can support material certification, Certificates of Conformity, dimensional inspection reports, First Article Inspection, PPAP documentation, traceability, pressure testing, non-destructive testing and other agreed quality requirements.
All deliveries are arranged in line with customer purchase orders, delivery schedules or call-off arrangements. Invoicing is handled directly from our UK office.
Warehousing and managed supply
Where required, Darian can provide warehousing, stockholding and call-off supply arrangements.
This gives customers additional flexibility, helping support repeat production, reduce supply disruption and manage component availability in line with changing demand.
