What is the lead time for production?
If no tooling is required, standard lead times are from 4-6 weeks from the time of order.
How are deliveries arranged?
Deliveries are arranged in line with customer purchase orders or delivery schedules.
Who do we place our purchase orders with and who is our supplier?
You will place your order with Darian Global Sourcing, who will be both your contractual partner and the company supplying you with goods.
We will manage the project from initial sample approval to serial production, dealing directly with the manufacturer.
Is the information we provide treated in confidence?
All our suppliers sign a confidentiality agreement/ NDA, and we have processes in place to protect you, the end customer.
Any drawings sent to Darian Global Sourcing will be neutralised before an enquiry is sent out to our suppliers.
Who invoices us?
As your contractual partner, your invoice will come from Darian Global Sourcing in the UK.
Is invoicing in GBP or EUR?
We are able to invoice you in GBP or EUR.
Who is responsible for customs clearance?
Darian Global Sourcing oversees clearing the goods through customs and all deliveries are supplied on a DAP or DDP basis.
Can you provide warehousing?
Yes. warehousing and stock management is a service we can offer.
What happens if there is an issue with quality?
In the rare circumstances where issues arise, Darian Global Sourcing will liaise with the supplier and find out why the quality issue arose and what the supplier will do to rectify the situation, whether it is via FOC parts, a credit or where possible, re-working of the parts.
Are the supplier plants audited and if so by whom?
These are either carried out by Darian Global Sourcing or by the end customer.
